RENTAL RATES & AVAILABILITY
The galleries are a commercial art space open 7 days a week from 9 am to 11pm Monday- Sunday. Our spaces are available for rent anytime upon request. Rental rates vary depending on the gallery and length of rental.
Art Square Gallery & Cafe provides customized food, cocktail menus and exceptional service to suit your event style. Our professional caterers are experts in the industry and are dedicated to quality cuisine. We cater corporate functions and social events including catering for weddings, receptions, baptisms, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries and more.

MUSIC, SOUND SYSTEM AND LIGHTHING
As an option, you may consider Art Square's house band - a world class musical solution for any event. Featuring a supergroup of Toronto's finest musicians, the Art Square house band will set your cocktails, corporate events, product launch etc. apart from all the rest. While our specialty is jazz, funk, mo-town, soul and R&B, the Art Square house band can perform almost any music imaginable in a configuration that meets with your budget. Other options include DJ combinations with saxophone and percussion.
Additionally, we offer lighting, audio systems, and projector. We are also able to order additional rentals and entertainment to elevate the look and feel of your event.
Duo option band musicians, is a great addition for your Ceremony or Events. We can provide the perfect list for your desire. We’re happy to customize the instrumentation!
Our founding band, is available in 2 to 6 piece formations. This video features our most popular 6-piece band size. These incredible musicians have performed with many well known artists and more. The energy, passion, and chemistry that is shared on stage will extend out to your guests.
Our live band pricing ranges from $850 for a Ceremony and Event Duo, $3000 for a Dinner Jazz/R&B , Dance Band , DJ including the sound equipment and the lighting and the sound engineer.
